Life-style a self-explaining word. In simple language, the way of living our life is known Lifestyle. It is the most important and game-changer word which defines the future of a person.

In today's scenario living a healthy and fit life is a challenging task. To remain fit a strong determination is needed because many things affect us which they seem as attractive but they only deteriorate our immune and health.

we running like a hamster in a hamster wheel had forgotten the way of living a healthy and fit life. we all are so much engaged in our day to day activities that we started caring little about ourselves.
This act of ours had a deteriorating effect on our body and we are not able to put our hundred percent in a task because someone has said-"A healthy mind lives inside a healthy body".


Our lives had become sophisticated with the advancement of technology. New techniques are coming to stay healthy. Different kind of machines to work out, sophisticated food and much more these types of stuff. 

Due to busy life, people had changed their day to day lifestyle accordingly. Like waking up late at night, improper sleep, not consuming healthy and nutritious food (consuming junk food, I'm not against junk food, eat and enjoy but in a limit), taking too much soft drink and many more these types of things which are imparting a negative effect on our life.

With the advancement of technology, large momentum gaining development and a rat race between humans had forced humans to change their lifestyle. Due to this, we had started finding shortcuts to everything. This can also be seen in our type of food consuming habits. For saving some time we are now used to consume ready to eat packed food which in turn generally affecting us the bad way. 

BUT WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO THIS

As it is said yoga is not a property of any country or some people, it is like divine clothes that anyone can wear. But in the current scenario, we are forgetting this unavoidable and divine source of energy which not only rejuvenates us but also helps us to live a healthier life. And yes of course without spending any money, isn't it great.

Few Healthy Habits That One Should Inculcate In His Or Her  Life For Healthier Life.


Wake up early: There is a lot to learn from nursery rhymes that 'Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.' Waking up early keeps our body calm and balance our tridosha that is vath, pitha and kaaf. As in the morning, the air is clean and fresh so practicing Yoga and Pranayam at that time can cause miracles in our life. Start your day with Nature soothing effect either go for a walk or just do yoga at your home.
Healthy drink: The foremost important thing is a healthy drink that we can consume in the morning. At this time our body is in its self-cleaning mode and by taking a healthy drink, you can get rid of all the toxins present in your body and can feel refreshed. In this, you can consume Green tea, Lemon honey drink, Spearmint tea and many more.                                                                A healthy breakfast: As it is rightly said ' Eat your breakfast like a king and dinner like a slave.' In our breakfast, we should take a diet full of protein and fibers so that our body can derive its energy throughout the day. our breakfast should also contain some fats as fats provide lubricant to the joints. Milk should also be included as milk strengthens bones.

Sunlight: A good sleep and sunlight cure all problems. sunlight is great energy which also helps our body in the synthesis of vitamin D and vitamin D helps in the synthesis of calcium which strengthens the bones.

 
Sleep:A good sleep is very important as it calms our mind and it is also believed that good sleep also increases our mind's retention power. According to some researches, it is found that a person should have an average of  5-6 hours of sound sleep.
